Finetex prioritize providing customers with requested products with maximum quality and minimal lead time..
Typical lead time of off-the-shelf type products are 2 weeks. For newly developed products’ lead time is typically 1-2 months. Finetex effectively utilizes various communication method in our internal communication structure between marketing, R&D and customer service departments to encourage and develop seamless communication.

  • Application(liquid filtration, air filtration, air transparent film, energy storage system)
  • Product requirement(Particulate filtration efficiency, Permeability, Pore sizes, Waterproofness, etc)
  • Substrate preference(Cellulose media, Synthetic media)
Production development 【Sample sheet preparation in R&D laboratory】
  • Customization of polymer solution based on customer’s preference. (Water Phobicity/Philicity, Fire Retardancy, Chemical Resistance, etc)
  • If needed, evaluation of new material or outsourcing (we do not consider any toxic materials)
  • Nanofiber electrospinning feasibility testing
  • If needed, secondary processing such as lamination or thermal calendaring can be done inhouse
Sample Provision
  • Sending out samples for customer feedback.
  • Revision of process/product based on feedback to finalize the product.
